There's a great Vietnamese restaurant downstairs and 7-eleven nearby... It's a convenient location if you have a car as most things are about 15-20 minutes away. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner works great. They have smart TVs with Netflix/YouTube.

The host was so kind! Very attentive and helpful, making suggestions for local places. I extended my stay by a day and it was a great choice. There's SO much to see in Ayutthaya, it takes a lot of time. The location is walkable to an organic market and many good restaurants and coffee shops. The historic old city is all around, including some amazing ruins right across the street! Had a great time here. ❤️

We had a lovely stay! The owner has been really helpful and hospitable. He helped us on many points, from going around the city to the laundry. Everything was clean from the room to the swimming pool. If we come back to Ayutthaya, we know where to stay! Thank you!

Such a cosy, social and relaxing place. There is a cute outdoor area to hang out, where the hosts serve food and very generous portions of food every evening :) You can rent bicycles to visit the temples nearby. And the hosts are just super kind and helpful!
