Super clean and spacious room and bathroom. Nice private back patio to chill. Comfortable bed and pillows. Had all the little touches and eye to details, from space to hang your stuff, to water and toilet paper delivered to your door every morning, in-room fridge, external facilities to make coffee throughout the day. Plenty of parking space. Extremely nice and helpful hosts.

The location is great, walking distance to the centre, the promenade and night markets. The room was spacious and very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice table and chairs too The hosts were wonderful, spoke great english and had some recommendations to share about Phayao. Will definitely stay here again when I come back
