What an awesome place to stay! Having stayed in a variety of facilities in Chiang Mai in the past, this was by far the best. The staff are so kind, communicative, and helpful. The hotel is very clean and orderly, and it's located in an exceptionally quiet alley, which is a very short walk from the Old City. My 4th floor room had a mountain view. The rooms are spacious, with a massive bed and plenty of pillows; a minifridge; great AC; hot water and good water pressure in the shower; and couldn't hear a thing from the other rooms. What's more, every day the staff leave a basket of water bottles and toiletries outside your door. Truly enjoyed my relaxing stay, and I hope these staff get their due praise.

We’ve been in Southeast Asia for 2 months now staying in affordable accommodations and this was by FAR the best place we’ve stayed. I was tempted to extend our stay just to enjoy our room a little more. Don’t let the low number of reviews scare you, this place is a hidden gem. To name a few things we loved: - Huge room - Working AC - Beautiful bathroom with a curtain for showering - Good water pressure - AMAZING coffee stand next door for early morning coffee - Great night food market 15 mins from the room - TV with things like Netflix, Prime Video, and more - Very nice hosts

The best hotel experience is when you feel at home. You feel appreciated, you feel good in your accommodation, you sleep well and this is the right place to stay especially when this is my 1st solo trip. Rooms are new, clean and comfortable and the facilities are well maintained, including the pool and the gym. Staff are quite helpful to the extent they can and when asked - we had a cable issue but was fixed eventually with help with staff. Breakfast are great with decent amount of options and not too overwelming. I much enjoyed chilling alongside the pool or balcony outside the room. Location is pretty good as well. Some airplane noise but not too bad personally. Close to nature and just a grab away from most downtown stuff.
