The owner was waiting for us on the Thai border, he is very friendly and helped us with the bus tickets! In the day after he drove us to the bus station and didn’t charged us anything! We were shocked by his attitude and friendship! We loved stay there! 3 minutes from the border!

The owner was so kind and stayed up late to let us check in at 10pm. He helped us sort the slow boat for the following morning and offered a great price for us!

This is the only place I will stay in Chiang Khong. The lovely husband and wife couple who run it are amazing. You're made to feel very welcome and made to feel more than just another customer. They speak great english and will do their best to make your stay great. The rooms are a great size with a fantastic view across the Mekong to Laos. There are numerous shops, restaurants etc within easy walking distance and they also have bikes available to use. If you're coming, make sure to bring a car licence plate from your home city or county to add to their collection. Until next time...
