I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andaz Pattaya! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The resort is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Thai elements that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with stunning views and every comfort you could ask for. The breakfast spread was incredible—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to satisfy every palate. The pools, beach area, and gardens were perfectly maintained, and it truly felt like a serene escape from the busy world. A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond to make every moment memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend Andaz Pattaya to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway.

    Arrival was a breeze. Staff came to help straight away and took all our bags. Car parking is very easy. Good for kids, has a play room and kids swimming area with slid etc. Lovely restaurant with beautiful views of the Marina for a lovely sunset.

    location : secluded, nothing around the property, surely one needs a car to move around. nothing to do at night time, resort facilities closes early. 3 to 4 Kms drive to Pattaya outlet mall, Pattaya beach road and walking street is half an hour drive from the resort rooms : spacious comfortable and bright. beds are comfortable to sleep washroom : moderate size with a bath tub and separate shower area swimming pools are nice with a pool bar and a small slide for kids sufficient private free parking, resort is not that big

    I love that hotel provide additional card to insert in the room while you are away. So electric outlet is still working while I am not in the room. Breakfast might be the best thing I experience at this hotel. Pool is big enough. Beach is nice and acceptable. Room and furniture is pretty old but still function. Room decoration is standard but not expecting any luxury feel. Towel is quite old but clean. Bed is comfortable. Air Condition is good. Parking lot is good but outdoor.
