Wonderful atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and gave great recommendations. We also enjoyed the traditional breakfast included and the minifridge came in handy. The buildings are beautiful and full of history.

We stayed for one night but could’ve easily stayed longer. Zeynep went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We were upgraded to a suite. Our room was spacious and clean. Overall, a great stay.

Honestly this hotel is just trash. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff, since they helped us find a parking lot and tried to have patience with us since only one of them spoke English.

The hotel is in a magnificent location, and it does offer health spa services and Hot Springs. We did not avail ourselves of those services, we just stayed at the hotel. I’m not sure where previous review is giving it a 10 stayed, but that was not our experience. The room was small, but clean. AC worked well.
