Cleanliness, hospitality, comfort, spacious room, breakfast. I didn't have time to try the facilities (pools, wellness), but from the terrace the pools looked very clean, it's on a big area with sunbeds and sunshade. Car parking is inside the hotel property. Had all the necessary help from the hotel staff, luggage assistance, information etc. Breakfast was really good, true 5⭐ .

Very kind stuff, just first day we got the problem with language barrier, in front desk and after in restaurant. But in next following days we find some workers who can speak English and even Russian. Very quiet and beautiful area. Walking distance to local stores and restaurants.

Absolutely beautiful location. The view is breathtaking and the hotel is beautiful!! Rameen (I apologize if the spelling is innocent, but I’m referring to the front desk manager), he is a godsend. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had a little hiccup, but he came to the rescue and ensured we were ok. He called us family and he will always be thought of the same for us. Thank you for ALL of your help!
