Mr. Lai, the owner/keeper, was great. He provided me a lot of good information, such as tourist attractions, where to eat, transportation, etc. He loaned me his bike, so I was able to go to the ferry harbor/terminal before its closing at 5 PM. With his bike, I visited all the local tourist attractions. He even arranged transportation (taxi) for me and another guest to go to the ferry harbor/terminal very early next morning.

It is right beside the pier. The room is sufficient and clean. Most importantly the host is super nice and helpful! Enjoyed my stay very much. Highly recommended.
