Staff is superb! Home cooked food is fantastic! Both bedroom and bathroom are clean. White sheets and towels are provided. Bed is comfortable. The owner is flexible with late checkout and luggage storage.

The building seems new and the flats are well appointed and clean. This is also one of the few places with both a washer and a dryer, very helpful for pre and post safari trips. The location is central but not very walkable (no paved sidewalk) and there is some noise coming from the outside (however I did sleep well).

Good host, very friendly and helpful with tips for local places to visit and arranging transport. Place was very nice, clean and quiet, and we very much enjoyed the pool. Perfect place to spend a day to recover from travelling and plan a safari from.

Staff is kind and helpful. They will help you find a reliable Tuk Tuk or a taxi. ATMs aee close and city center is a short walk. Food is very delicious, dinner and breakfast are both really good with really good prices.

The staff was amazing. Incredibly polite and going out of their way to help us getting around. We loved how they had extra toothbrushes, razors, bathing supplies and travel sized toothpastes ready for us, in case you’d forgotten anything. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious, we had a view of mount Arumeru and a nice balcony. We Enjoyed some drinks at the nice bar / pool area and had a tasty complete breakfast at our desired time in the morning. Lovely stay, thanks again for the perfect service!

I stayed at Mazzola for 4 nights with my 8-year-old daughter. It was a lovely place with a spacious living room & dining room and well-equipped kitchen with basic food supplies in stock. A short 15-minute tuktuk ride to town and you can easily use Bolt to get around. The host, mr. Innocent, was always on standby to help us with literally anything we needed, from arranging tours to national parks at fair prices to recommending places to eat or visit in Arusha town. He has gone beyond and above to make our trip to Arusha as fun and meaningful as possible. His professionalism and genuine care for the guests truely shone through, and thanks to him, our trip to Arusha will remain as one of the most memorable trips in TZ.
