The rooms are great. Everything is clean and in good condition. The only issue is sound isolation due to the waterfront. If someone is talking on the balcony nearby, you hear everything due to sound reflection from the lake. The restaurant is good. It's slightly overpriced and there is no kids menu.

The hotel is great, the condos are clean and nicely heated. The staff are supefriendly and traveling with three cats was really easy. The restaurant is close and everything was tasty. As a plus the hotel is really close to the road so you wouldn't miss it, and if you need any necessities there is a market two minutes away and a drug store.

Great location nearby Kyiv, hotel is located near lake and surrounded by wonderful green hills. Hotel has hardly more than a dozen of rooms. Our was with a view to the green hill. Regular room is not very big, but very comfortable and tight. Great choice for a week-long (and even longer) stay near Kyiv.

It is the best place to stay if you need to visit the Feofaniya hospital or Ukrainian radiology centre for treatment and/or tests, and need to stay overnight. The administrator was super friendly, offering her car to take me and my 84-year-old mum to the medical centre entrance. It is very close by but not close enough to walk, and calling a taxi for such a short drive could be problematic. She offered this while I was booking, so I was confident getting to the hospital won't be a problem.
