Everything!! If you want to feel like a prince or a princess, go to this house, since it seems like a real palace! It has amazing views, the decoration is exquisite, they take care of every single detail....and the breakfast is delicious!! Sandy and David are really helpful and kind and the cats are very friendly!

I needed a "getaway" and this villa delivered! Checking in was so easy, the host and I communicated through messages, and once in the door, it was if I was in my own eclectic little world. It was very clean and well decorated. And the hot tub was the icing on the cake!

    We really enjoyed this accommodation in so many ways. We appreciated an early check-in. The location is fabulous. It just takes a couple minutes to walk downtown or to the resort or to the beach or to Tubbs Hill or to many exceptional restaurants! The '315' restaurant here was exceptional AND we really appreciated the $50 gift certificate. The staff are excellent and see to all your needs. The location is quiet with ample free parking. The A/C unit was really quiet too and worked well.

    Our room was located just steps inside from the parking lot. There were lots of places to park and it was so easy to get to our room. I also loved being right off of the courtyard. It made it easy to go swimming in the morning or go to get a cuppa coffee or just sit outside our room at the table.

    The location was great, but access to the hotel is a little wonky, having to drive through multiple parking lots to arrive. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The coffee was good, staff was very friendly, breakfast had lots of options, and the hot tub being open 24hrs is enough to get me back!!! Our room was very clean as well!
