The entire experience was perfection! I lost my phone enroute to Newark, and had to use the beautiful services of Newark's fine Terminal B Traveler's Aid station. Jennifer at the Kenilworth took care of it all! Arranged an Uber, patiently guided me through the process and greeted me with a wonderful smile at check-in. Brilliant! So very grateful!

We had a class reunion of about 20 people at the hotel bar and it was a great time. Our contact was Lori who is the head of sales and marketing, and she was able to book all of our rooms on the same floor close to each other and had the staff at the bar prepared for our arrival at 7pm. There is room to accommodate many more people and food is available which was very good. The hotel is conveniently located off the parkway in Clark, a very safe area that is close to many restaurants and not too far from the city. We would definitely have a party here again.

Cozy vibes, My stay here was a gem: comfy shared room, perfect for a solo traveler like me. The host was the sunshine in human form, always helpful and full of local tips. And the breakfast? Oh, the breakfast! Delicious spread that kicked off every day on a happy note. Highly recommend for laid-back explorers seeking warmth and good company.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Westfield and very close to the train station. It is an excellent place to stay without a car. The breakfasts were good and staff member Wendy was unfailingly cheerful early in the morning or late in the day when on reception. Other members of staff on reception were outstandingly helpful.
