Everything! Loved this hotel!! The location is excellent, right in the center of town (but quiet). The hotel is beautiful and super comfortable (the rooms, the library, even the business/conference room), and the staff is super attentive to every detail. We stayed for five nights and were so pleased with everything. We used the hot tub on the roof (at sunset with light snowflakes drifting down and beautiful views of the mountains). Wonderful daily touches like beautiful packages of chocolates every evening, a welcome half bottle of wine and handwritten note upon arrival, coffee station every morning (in addition to good nespresso machine in room) which becomes a tea station every afternoon and evening complete with home baked treats daily, and a hot chocolate bar set out as well! Honestly, a lovely small hotel with impeccable service. They offer a shuttle to the ski slopes too, which we didn’t use this trip.

    Complimentary breakfast was delicious as well as served complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout the day. The room was a little odd shaped but clean and comfortable as were the bedding. Had all your amenities to include mini fridge microwave and a coffee maker. Our room overlooked the parking lot but had a large mountain right in the field of view so it was overall very nice

    The location is perfect. Loved the bus transportation to/from ski area. We stayed in the main bldg which made it easy to access the hot tub, pool, fitness room, breakfast and front desk. Each room has 2 entrances from the hallway and parking lot. We parked right outside our door. Very convenient for walking to the square. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

    Management was very good and very helpful when a tour bus accidentally hit our truck in the hotel parking lot and then left. They went out of their way to get info on the driver and tour bus company. We were able to track down the driver and get the matter resolved.

    The breakfast was adequate; small area. Cookies and popcorn every afternoon. But there was no restaurant within walking distance. The parking was adequate. A movie theater across the parking lot but with no food. There was a comfy chair, a desk, microwave, frig and coffee maker in the room.
