Good Location and the Facility was very good. The front desk is very helpful. The Breakfast was great as well. We stayed here and visited the Grand Canyon Western Trail.

    Check in associate was not happy or cheerful and was very robotic. However almost everyone else at the hotel was friendly. The valet/ boat parking to housekeeping. The elevators and hallways were about 90 degrees. Not sure why. Everything was as expected.

    They have spent time and money on the facilities each year. Ex Adult pool wonderful addition and breeze free. Slides at the older pool , New furniture at pool . Redone South parking lot. Room has a refrigerator. Remodeling of the room the past few years.
