It was SO VERY CLEAN! Smelled WONDERFUL! And very nicely lighted, furnished & decorated. Had all necessary amenities available, including FREE washer/dryer!! The host also provided complimentary snacks/drinks. Beds were very comfortable, ample closet space. Very well lit, inside & out. A sweet, ROMANTIC "love nest". Included a desk & printer & lots of charging facilities for phones & laptop in the bedroom. And easy access on TV. Check was easy-peasy. Location is easy to find & about 20 minutes away from LGA by Uber. Safe neighborhood, walkable. We found a local mom & pop pizza place & ate delicious, home-made soups & NY Style pizza. If you love nature, the apartment is located near Pelham Bay Park & the Botanical Gardens, or Zoo. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy that. Focused on Manhattan Island!

This adorable cottage is a well-planned cozy space and easy to access. All your comforts have been met in terms of bedding , water bottles available in the fridge, luxurious absorbent towels, coffee maker, toaster oven, t.v. and even a bottle of wine. There is air conditioning and heating. The hosts are warm and friendly, but give space and privacy. The parking is free or included. In New York this is a very big benefit!!!

Modern renovation and furniture, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. I really liked the hotel. The room has modern renovations and furniture, the bathroom is clean and recently renovated. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was a diversity menu. The staff cooked omelettes, pancakes, bacon, right in front of you. I really liked that the dishes are not disposable, it is nice to drink coffee from a porcelain cup, as if at home. I would rate the hotel above 10!

It was in a quiet neighborhood and the facility was extremely clean. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I loved the fact that the hotel was so close to the subway making it easy for us to get to Manhattan and back.

I stayed at this hotel with my son for two weeks, and we absolutely loved it! The rooms were spotless, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff was amazing—very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable.
