I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless, even providing helpful local recommendations. This is the perfect business hotel for me. If I could replicate it everywhere, I would do it. Coffee in the lobby 24/7. Clean new room with a very good desk and comfy chair. Friendly staff. Free bikes (take a trip to the Berkeley Marina and Creaser Chavez park), Nice Rooftop.

People at Reception were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Our room was lovely, comfortable, overlooked a lush courtyard. The bathroom was good, roomy enough and the shower was outstanding. Breakfast was good (pastries especially), but otherwise fairly ordinary. Swimming pool must be seen to be fully appreciated. The building was constructed in 1929, is still well maintained, was designed by woman architect, Julie Morgan, and described as Romanesque and Moorish. Lots of places to sit and read, work or just take in the period still reflected in the furnishings and ambience. My wife and I are trying to find an excuse to return sooner than later.
