Location fantastic. Walk right into an art and restaurant district. 5 minute Uber to cruise terminal (so if not much luggage can walk). We enjoyed walking around the area. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and informative. Many types of food, coffee/tea places near by with a short walk. We had never been before and presently surprised.

Stunning location, and a historic feel. Staying on the Queen Mary has all the benefits of being in the downtown location with the added benefit of feeling apart from the business. The WaterBus is reasonable, but runs at odd hours so we took a short taxi ride downtown which was only about $10 each way. There is a coffee shop onboard that has historic art and a lot of exhibits to look at.

    Good location for people going on a cruise. The check in staff - “Lynn” was awesome and very nice & attentive! She explained all my questions & concerns. Always had a smile on her face which is nice bec that’s what you need when you greet people. Hotel offered shuttle services to & from the cruise port. Also, they offered to have your vehicle parked there for a fee. Felt the car was safer at the hotel than at the cruise port parking lot! Great amenity!

    We were greeted in the parking lot and had arrived before noon. We were allowed to check in and to to our room. They were terrific. The location is great with lots of places to walk to. We walked with our suitcases all the way to the port. It was all downhill.
