Staff was very friendly not just to us but our pet as well. As far as previous reviews go, our breakfast vouchers included everything from the hot food to the grab-n-go options/cold options. Only thing I paid was gratuity. Pool and gym were open, our room was very well cleaned. Good value for our stay with all the amenities.

    Breakfast was great. Handling our late arrival went really well. By the time we picked up our bags, it was after midnight. Uber got us to the hotel in 5 minutes. Had no idea that it would be so convenient to pick up our rental car the next morning. We just walked across a hotel parking lot, and we were at the car rental facility!

    The location was perfect, nestled in the cut of an industrial park bordering a decent sized wooded area on one side & and long-term parking lot on the other. However, it was disappointing once I entered the suite, it appeared to have not been cleaned for some time; at least a few days, possibly even weeks

    I was traveling alone and checked in around 9pm…they put me in a first floor room with a sliding door to an empty parking lot. I dod not feel safe in the room asked for a different one and they wouldnt switch my room. I ended up leaving because I didnt feel safe and went to a hilton property down the road.
