Excellent!! 👍👍 I'd like to score more than 10 considering good value for money. ㅡClean The building is a little bit worn out. But the maintenance is good~ ㅡSpacious room, bath room and dinning room(banquet) + big garden with swimming pool ㅡSo good breakfast ㅡLovely view I think the hotel -2 story building is almost surrounding by trees or the garden. ㅡFree shuttle car or golf cart Whenever I wanted to go to the old town and return , the free service was available. But I just took it twice to feel sorry for my 3 nights.

The hotel is located just outside the historical center of Khiva (Ichan-Kala), 3 minutes of walk to the main entrance Ota-Darvaza of historical site. The hotel is brand new. Therefore, the facilities are new. The hotel is managed by a family, and they have a history for the name of the hotel. Ask them, and they will tell you in detail. They will also advise you for the locations to see and even may arrange you tours in Khiva and near locations. If you are arriving early in the morning, before your check-in time, then ask the hotel for breakfast service because the restaurants outside the hotel will probably be closed. The breakfast in the hotel is fine. My advice is to book your room, including breakfast. The hotel is clean (I hope they keep it as clean as possible all the time), and the stuff is very friendly and sincere.

Everything was above the typical experience I've had in Uzbekistan. Good room with comfy beds. Great shower. Good air con. Breakfast was massive and delicious. Location was perfect. Just inside the walls but in a quiet corner and with supermarkets nearby.

    Great stay.....great hostel, great staff and great location!! Good place for overlander vehicles with safe parking under camera surveillance and then a very short stroll to the old city. Great to support a new hostel with the young host having excellent English and happy to help with anything and everything.

    A charming traditional building that was comfortable with a spacious air conditioned room, and delicious breakfast served in the shady courtyard. Great location within easy walk of the historic old city. Secure parking. And Most importantly the team were fantastic, helping us with local tasks, washing and general advice about how to best enjoy our time in Khiva.
