The owners were so gracious, kind, generous and friendly. They drove us around and gave us a tour and pointed out popular places and places we would like go based on our interest. They even taxied us to various locations when we were not able to get a taxi and picked us up. They gave us a meal and vegetables from their garden. They asked us if we needed to go to the grocery store or needed any supplies. They really made us feel welcome and we now consider them friends. We really enjoyed Scotland Villa 2 but, most importantly, we really enjoyed and will always cherish the company, kindness and friendliness of Ena and Lindy the owners.

Great lication..location... central to most of the popular beaches....easy to shop for supplies(food, drinks, and beachy stuff) if thats your thing. So many great places to eat within a 2 minute walk. Surprisingly quiet for being in red hook. Will definitely stay again

Beautiful hotel. Our oceanfront rooms were just a few steps from the beach. The pool area was lovely. Quiet and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice to use Westin facilities but much preferred staying at Buoy Haus. Would highly recommend staying there.

A piece of heaven on Earth! This property exceeded our expectations and needs. It’s like having your own private resort. The property is absolutely beautiful and very well designed. Our family stayed in Villa 2 and it also has a private outdoor space with seating and grill. We had the privilege of meeting both Alvin (very professional and compassionate) and the property manager Tadisha and her mother Sylvia (our new family members) invited us to their family cookout at the beach and we learned to play dominoes! They all went out of there way to ensure our family had all that we needed on the property and tips for things to do on the island. Internet and Roku were a hit amongst our family. Each room has a tv and A/C. The kitchen is well stocked and balcony seating area is amazing at night with the wonderful breeze and clear night sky. The property has a washer ($3.50) and dryer ($1.00). There was a cooler that we were able to take to the beach. The pool and lighting throughout the property is very inviting. The area is quiet and safe, we slept with the front and kitchen windows open for a constant breeze. The location of the property was perfect and only a 8 min drive to Meagan’s Bay Beach and within 20 min to anything on the island. I highly recommend renting a SUV as this property has a steep hill.

The common areas and views were spectacular! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook (equipment-wise, not food). The bedrooms were well-equipped and the beds were very comfy! The main bedroom with the ensuite and access to the balcony was amazing. Both bathrooms featured "outdoor" showered with screens, so you could hear all the birds, crickets, etc, but it wasn't buggy at all. We loved that there was a closet full of beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas, etc. It made our visit to Magen's Bay (which is about a 10 min drive away) even better! We wish we could have stayed longer!
