Literally everything. Very comfortable, no level of assistance was too much for Emma and the staff and their proactivity in being willing to book tours (in my case the Ha Giang loop) even before I arrived. Great location, right near the Hoan Kiem Lake as well.

Really nice little comfy hotel. Great location near the lake. Staff really nice and did everything to make our stay great. The Sky bar looks really nice but the weather was not the best for us to enjoy it. Great value for the money.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, it’s near the Old Quarter. Right near a lot of great eating spots, beer street (if you're interested in that night life), street market and a short stroll to the lake. The staff were friendly and the room was very nice for the price. Breakfast was ok.

We had an issue with delayed luggage and the staff was extremely helpful. On top of that, we were upgraded to a better room by the reception staff who were just outstanding. They even gave us a little gift upon check out ! Absolutely recommend . Great location too

    Hotel is in the middle of everything which is both a blessing and a curse. Balcony overlooked the street. It was easy to access everything but the street it is on is a scooter parking lot so you get the constanct revving of engines and honking. Staff was very helpful. Moved me from the 2nd floor, felt like I was on the street with all the noise, to the the 5th floor which was quieter during the night.

    This is a really nice little hotel. It is under new management and they are building it up and renovating it. WIFI was excellent. Staff are truly exceptional. They really do their best to make sure that your stay is comfortable. They also readily supply you with information. Free tea, cookies and fruit in the reception. Free parking outside the reception for motorbikes. They have a cable lock that they use to lock them with. Recommended.
