Staff was super helpful, even though we had to make last minute changes due to a sickness. The apartment was right on the slope (ski in and out, right to the door), and it was super clean. Also the apartment we got was of very high quality, furniture, machines, materials used were above average. The ski storage room with lockers per apartment was very useful and easy to access. The automated, 24/7 shop on-site was excellent, and there's another automated (unstaffed) one reachable with a 3 minute walk, and a proper shop open until 5pm a few hundred meters away, so the location was perfect. It was also very quiet and comfortable.

Everything was in its place, from the owners speaking excellent English to a very fast and easy check-in. The Hotel is perfectly clean and charming with old architecture. The site is romantic, very well ornamented with Christmas lights, old sleds, and Christmas trees. Breakfast is really great, everything you need. As a matter of skiing, you have storage for ski boots and skis. The storage is equipped with dryers for ski boots, I mean, really, you have absolutely everything for a fair price. With respect to the owners, you are doing a really great job.
