The views are incredible, everything was clean and comfortable. When booking I didn’t realise there was a private beach area we could use, such a treat to have a place to relax and dip in the beautiful lake from so close to the accomodation. Our stay was made extra nice because of Moni (the host) and her thoughtful touches - thank you Moni!

Viktoria didn’t hesitate—she made sure the pouch was delivered to our hotel in the new city, saving the day. This level of attentiveness and care is truly remarkable and speaks volumes about her professionalism and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction. Viktoria is a true asset to the hotel, and her extraordinary efforts will undoubtedly make us loyal guests in the future.
