Ashley, at the front desk certainly made a impression with her warm demeanor, friendly smile and knowing and using my first name throughout my stay. Privately owned, this is a fabulous stay.

Room service meal ordered was delicious. It was extremely cold in Orange when we arrived, but the room was cozy and warm. Bathroom was luxurious. Breakfast in the restaurant was exceptional and the staff member in there was extra friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault our stay.
