The house was charming, the room beautiful, the bathroom sparkling. Philipp was super nice, loved enjoying breakfast and chatting with him and other guests. The breakfast is simple, but I was very content with my raisin toast and good coffee. The sauna and steam room costs extra, but was a fair price, and was a fantastic experience, because you rent it out and can use it alone. Also, there is a wonderful fancy supermarket across the street called Bay Grocer. I stayed here and also at a more expensive / luxurious hotel in Byron, and I honestly preferred Byron Palms and wished I just stayed here the whole time! It is charming, homey, and I am dying to go back and stay longer!

Within walking distance to Flynns Beach and driving distance to everything in Port Macquarie. It is a good size with a large kitchen, dining room, living room and a very comfortable king bed. The shower is lovely. We have stayed here several times and always request the same room as we love to sit in bed and look out to the creek/forest area out the back. Our request has always been granted.

We stayed here for our honeymoon! The hotel decor was on point, the staff was exceptional, including their recommendations, and exceptional (thank you Felicia for everything!) and the amenities were wonderful! The rooms were spacious, all the furniture was so comfortable, the cocktails were delicious and they not only offer a private cold plunge/sauna combo (which is a great way to start your morning) but also free yoga every morning! They also have free parking. The location was great, walking distance to most shops, restaurants and the beach! We definitely will be back!
