ONE TWO FOUR - Hotel & Spa asub Gentis, 1,7 km kaugusel Sint-Pietersstation Gentist. Kohapeal on concierge, allergikutele sobilikud toad, aed, tasuta WiFi-ühendus kogu hoones ja terrass. Everything was just perfect and people working there were very helpful both in providing information and help, super friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Whole apartment is nicely renovated with matching colour tones. Very good breakfast serving freshly made pancakes and eggs upon orders.

The hotel is situated in Gent, only 500 metres from the historical city centre. Our stay at Pillows was easily one of the best we've ever experienced and we do travel quite often. From the rich history and stunning interiors to the sumptuous food and perfect location, every aspect of our visit was outstanding. However, it was the exceptional staff that truly set this hotel apart. (Anais, in particular, stands out, but all staff were incredibly kind and genuine.) Their attention to detail and dedication to customer service exceeded all expectations. We truly felt like we were coming home after each day of exploring the city. We can't recommend Pillows highly enough and look forward to returning in the future!

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable and soft bed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was outstanding. Its location is perfect for spending time near the river or in town, just a few minutes' walk.

Very friendly and helpful staff - feels like a really well-run family hotel (it probably is). Very clean & comfortable throughout. Breakfast was delicious, with local, premium products (like the marmelade/jam). 24/7 accessibility. Parking onsite. I felt very lucky to have found this hotel online, since pictures, star ratings or reviews can't always convey this kind of quality.
