The host was incredibly warm and helpful, staying in touch throughout our whole stay! Very kind and highly responsive. He helped us out with transport and provided extra goods on the way. A great guest house in Balchik, 5 minutes away from the beach and the center. The owners are the best one could meet. I would like to go back the next summer.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. The lovely woman at the front desk organised for our room to be decorated beautifully. Another young man at the front desk helped us with all of our questions. All of the staff were amazing. Of all the hotels we stayed at, the staff here were the ones who made our trip the most special. We extended our trip to stay here another night. The food was varied and AMAZING! Communication was fantastic, everyone spoke at least English and many staff also spoke other languages. Would stay again.
