Great Hotel, comfortable room, good food, nice staff, good spa with all the necessities. Near to one of the gondolas. A little farther from the center of town, where all the restaurants and bars are (not sure if its a pro or a con- on the one side take some walk to the center and to the other chairlifts, on the other side its quite).

We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and other services. The food was great too and the staff was super supporting and accommodating during our stay. Me and kids had a blast and can't wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing stay! Kitanova House is a gem! The staff were incredibly welcoming, always smiling and radiating warmth. The rooms were stunning — full of natural light, beautifully designed with charming folklore touches and just the right hint of modern art. It felt like a perfect blend of tradition and comfort. Breakfast was another highlight — homemade, delicious, and served with care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and authentic experience!

Comfortable and well equipped with the necessary appliances, excellent communication with the host, excellent location. It's a pitty that the resort is not as animated in summertime as it is during the winter.

Located in Koprivshtitsa, 500 metres from Todor Kableshkov Memorial House, Къща ЕТНО features rooms with city views and free WiFi. The property features mountain and garden views. The room has definitely character: little and decorated with taste, cute. The bed is really good and the bathroom is well arranged. The shower is perfect. I slept very well, probably due to the air in the mountains.
