Completely renovated facilities, everything was very clean and new. The breakfast and lunch buffet offered a very nice variety of cold and warm options. The wellness area was also very cosy. And the staff is always friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff were kind, attentive, and especially accommodating to families with children. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, suitable for both adults and children. Overall, this hotel was a perfect choice for a family holiday. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay and would happily recommend it to other families. We would definitely return.

There is convenient parking available as well as reliable Wi‑Fi. I highly recommend this place.

It's a pitty that the resort is not as animated in summertime as it is during the winter.

The room has definitely character: little and decorated with taste, cute. The bed is really good and the bathroom is well arranged. The shower is perfect. I slept very well, probably due to the air in the mountains.

I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.
