Had the two bedroom apartment for our family of four and it was absolutely huge and perfect, extra clean, quiet. Received a few complimentary services which made the experience even nicer. The hotel is new and everything is designed for comfort. We were on a bank holiday and it did not feel too crowded, always free pool chairs to be foud. The thermal pools are amazing. The thermal area (16+) is very stylish, although the saunas are rather small, but we always found a spot. It is full of families with babies and small kids, but I thought couples could easily find spaces to relax without being bothered. Pool area os well compartimeted. Food was wonderful, especially dinner. Half board definitely worth it. Drinks at the pool bar also great, especially the flavored lemonades. Our whole stay was just comfortable, relaxing and with everything we needed found on site (drinks, snaks, food, pools). Especially for a family with a small kid this is a great place to spend 2-4 nights without leving the hotel. Probably even better in summer when the outdoor area is open.

We spend five nights and every evening when we went back to the apartment after a day of activities, it felt like arriving home. Toni and Emo have put much effort in creating a stylish, modern and cosy place. So much detail has been thought of. The hosts met us when we arrived and and again when we were leaving. Toni was very responsive before and during our stay and answered all our questions. The apartment is spacious and contemporary furnished and located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the town centre. Every room is clean and excellently equipped and there is a lovely balcony to enjoy your coffee on. We were treated to delicious peaches and grapes - compliments of the hosts. There is a coffee machine and complimentary coffee as well as cooking necessities such as salt, black pepper, oil and vinegar. Very good wifi too.

The best lodging I’ve had in over six weeks of travel through Romania and Bulgaria. The owners, very kind folks who will help you in any way possible, take great pride in their property, adding many personal touches. The best bed and pillows I’ve had in a long time, excellent washing machine, wonderful shower/bathroom with high quality body products, and lovely towels/dishes, etc. Both the neighbors and neighborhood are quiet, yet you are just steps from the main square with many restaurants/bars snd shops. Great grocery store near the train station , about 7 minutes walking. I’m so thankfully I chose this apartment in Kazanlak, easy to see everything and a much needed rest in a peaceful space.
