Feels like I was in a fairly tales and the rest of the world doesn't matter. The cabins are self suffcient with cooking facilities. It was really nice to be able to cook some breakfest after weeks eating out. I felt like it was our little home! We had a great view of the lake in our room and the friendly cat would sneak in and play with us. I wish I can stay longer it was defintely the most wonderful hotel that I've stayed.

The owner was very nice and the breakfast was served on white linen table cloths. The photos don’t do justice, we loved the place. It is really a hidden gem in Copacabana!

The attention to detail is incredible. The room, location and views are stunning. Fire ready to be lit in the room. Kettle in the room with an abundance of tea and coffee. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The bed was super comfortable and warm. Plenty of plugs for charging cameras etc. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Helped us to our room with our bags and supported us with any issues we had. On site they have alpacas and you can feed them. A great experience with the beautiful bay as a backdrop. My wife felt sick from the altitude, Martin helped her with oxygen, offered more food and drinks. Even offered us a suite to rest in free of charge whilst we waited for our bus. Again, I can't recommend this place enough. It's a must visit if you're in Copacabana. Thanks for having us.

Moreover, I forgot my papers and money on.the room, and he gave it back without taking anything from.it. I would really come back to Villa Bella.
