From check-in to check-out all of the staff we met were so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the facilities such as the pool/sauna and the use of the electric bikes.

I liked the position, in downtown, the free parking, difficult in that area, the basement laundry, usefull. The room was a small apartment with 2 room with a bed in each one, a kitchen and one bathroom.
We had booked 2 rooms as we were seeing our son and family off to Australia. They were only there one night and we stayed two. It was great that the staff put our rooms together at the end of the hallway where we had a little foyer that could be locked at night allowing us to put the toddler to bed and visit in the 2nd room. Rooms were clean and pretty spacious. Great pool and very close to the sky train. Also free parking was nice!

Very good location, attentive staff, and very close to everything. We were attending a country festival for the weekend, and it was a short walk to BC place stadium, we didn't have to drive the entire stay, which made everything so much easier. I also liked how secure the building is. However, underground parking was quite pricey but better than paying for street parking, I guess.
Loved the vouchers to the pool and the free parking lot option. Cleaning staff and front staff were superb and so friendly! :)
Location to the Roger's Arena was not too far away. We took a taxi to our event and left our car parked in a safe underground parking lot. Much appreciated. We liked the fact we had a kitchenette with fridge and stove and dishes and cookware.
