Loved everything about the hotel staff were top notch. The rooftop pool was incredible!

Centrally located in the city of Windsor, this inn is a 5 minutes’ drive from Devonshire Mall and Roseland Golf Club. It features an on-site restaurant and spacious rooms with free WiFi.
Parking is free at the inn. Caesar’s Windsor Casino, the WFCU Centre and the Windsor Riverfront are all within 10 minutes' drive.
It is extremely comfortable and the staff is so welcoming. We’ve stayed in other hotels in Windsor and this is our favorite by far. The sound insulation keeps your room quiet from the outside.
Ottawa

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. I found the staff very extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay , nice and close to the airport.

The hotel is in a good location and equipped with free parking. There are also surveillance cameras in the parking lot. The hotel room equipment is relatively new. The business is booming, resulting in a shortage of seats during breakfast time. You need to wait for a while before eating.

We parked across the road in the City Hall underground parking lot. The signage to exit the parking lot was very poor. Luckily, another person happened to be also exiting and showed us the correct doorway / stairwell.
Keypad entry all went well, even from the underground parking lot. Room with kitchen was perfect. I prefer no maid service, so this suited me, everything worked, all the appliances, etc. Good location, even for going down to parliament. Elevator was always quick. App explained things in detail, had to look up how to turn the heat down and it was all there in the app with good instructions.
Good value. I liked having adjoining rooms with an interior door that was unlocked at our request. Parking lot was large and free parking. Fairly close to airport. Liked the complimentary coffee/latte machine in the lobby.
Location is excellent if you are attending an event at the marina. A lot of very good cafes and restaurants nearby. Secure parking lot with security guard. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel suite with two king beds and sofa, was clean and spacious . The free parking lot is close to the hotel. Few minutes walk from the Niagara falls
It's nice to have free parking and be able to pull right up to your door, but there was hardly enough room for the pickup truck without it sticking out into the traffic lane. Your view is basically the parking lot of food basics and Dollarama which is convenient if not the ambiance we're looking for. There's also a Tim Hortons in that same parking lot on the other side.
great location, could park the car and leave it there for the entire stay, easily getting around walking. Enjoyed the swimming pools, spa, and sauna - nice and quiet when we were there. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Arrived on a packed out Saturday afternoon but the hotel staff were fantastic at guiding us to the included car parking and finding an available spot.
