Had a lovely stay at Avatar Peaks Resort! Winnie at the reception was absolutely amazing and spoke very good English. She helped organize everything during my stay, and I can’t thank her enough. She recommended a route for visiting the National Forest with clear directions and was quick to answer any questions I had. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the resort was very close—just a golf cart ride away from the entrance to the West Gate (Yangjiajie Ticket Station).

It felt peaceful and I truly enjoyed every minute of my experience and I believe it truly was made special because Will was always going out of his way to!

Patio Spring Holiday Inn poskytuje restauraci, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. Národní park Čang-ťia-ťie se nachází 30 km odtud. The location from tianmen cablecar need 10-15 min walk. However, the service is amazing. They provide airport or train transfer for free. And they were very fast response if you need local guide via wechat. Also they can help you with booking all the ticket for Zhangjiajie. You can booked in advance via whatsapp they can speak english.. and pay later on the hotel. Which is very convenient.. as they will help to suggest which is better and what is better. MOST important they have late CO at 14:00 which is very helpful for us who have midnight flight. So we can have more rest. AND THE ROOM IS TOTALY SMART ROOM. Even the shower is digital.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, great air con, and there was a delicious breakfast each morning and an even better view of the mountains. Great location, nice quiet area that was a short walk to restaurants and street food market. The staff were exceptional and so helpful to book our national park tickets, give recommendations and provide coffee and icecreams after a long day of exploring! Special shout out to concierge staff Xiao Song and Rock Lee for being so accommodating and friendly.

Great location near old town, convenient for visiting and food. Manager was very helpful and welcoming, met the taxi at the main road and helped us carry luggage to the inn. He also helped us book a taxi and carried our luggage to taxi when we checked out, and even gave us a pack of dried fruits as a gift. Rooms look directly out to the river. You can jump from the room balcony into the river, that's how close it is.

Zhangjiajie is hands down the prettiest place I have ever visited, and staying at this hotel made the experience even more special. The owners are the kindest couple you will ever meet—always warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything you need. They go out of their way to provide the best tips and guidance for exploring Zhangjiajie, which really made my trip smoother and more enjoyable. A special mention to Rainbow, who speaks excellent English and has an incredibly positive and helpful attitude. Traveling overseas can sometimes be challenging, but staying here felt effortless and comfortable thanks to their hospitality. If you’re planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s the perfect base to explore one of the most beautiful places on earth.

The best Desti “背包十年” that I stayed at in China. More social than other Desti hostels. Staff was really friendly and actually joined me for a run. I had a really great experience here! 😁

There was nothing not to like. Everything from staff to property was amazing. We enjoyed our time with staff, food was delicious and plentiful. There recommendations for food off site was equally spot on. They went above and beyond. We had a medical issue and they accompanied us to the hospital to be sure all was taken care of. We have never been more impressed.
