Each day we received a very useful explanation from her about the sightseeing route and suggestions, she speaks perfect English. The room is very clean and spacious, plenty of drinking water was provided. The breakfast is plentiful. The location is very good, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the south entrance. It is very peaceful during the night, ensuring a good sleep. We had one dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food is average compared to the price charged.

A special shoutout to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our trip—she assisted with everything from planning our itinerary to sorting out currency and even arranging transportation. Thanks to her, our visit was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

It has a shared lounge, mountain views and free WiFi. The accommodation provides full-day security, and luggage storage for guests. Raibow at the reception was wonderful knowledgable and helpful - in perfect English, a rarity in China. My room was very cosy and beautiful, the duvet fantastic and the bathroom spacious, with great water pressure. The hotel is very close to the cable car to the Tianmen Mountain, making it the perfect stay around there. There are also many options for food, drink and shopping nearby as well as transport to the National Park.

I did not expect this place to exceed my expectations, from the train station out of the hotel to help me contact the private car to pick me up, arrived at the hotel roadside there is a butler to help me take my luggage back to the hotel, although the room is not large but very stylish and warm. The hotel is located in the ancient city scenic spot, go out for a minute to the ancient street, travel is particularly convenient. Every staff member is warm and kind, and when I have something to ask them, they will be the first to help me solve the problem and make me feel as warm here as my own home, and I strongly recommend it.

Accomodation is central located, near bus station and Tianmen Mountain cable car station, also streets full of restaurants or shops one may need. Room was comfortable and spacious. There was nothing missing for our needs.

The owner was a lovely lady who helped us book airport transfer and even helped us book tickets to the glass bridge. She gets a discount too. The location was brilliant. We could walk to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie national forest. We had an amazing stay here and we're sad to say goodbye Wuling town is a treasure.
