Even though language was a little tough (we can only speak English), it never stopped them to find way to communicate (translator) and they were still very helpful. They provided recommendations, asked and helped us with all our questions and they were very polite and courteous.

The room was perfect with its ancient chinese decoration. We immediately felt good the minute we stepped into the guesthouse. I would definitely book again! The host showed us a more convenient way to leave Tongli and book our taxi than leaving by the front door.

The service was very good and brought us water bottles frequently.

Guests can enjoy a nice meal at the on-site buffet restaurant. Mila from FO receptionist team guided me of the hotel cultural history with lots of details. Very impressed. Will bring the whole family to visit you next time.

The property is around 49 km from Hanshan Temple, 2.3 km from Taihu Square and 2.5 km from Shenglimen. Was pleasantly surprised by the little touches provided by the hotel. A cold drink station in the lobby provided much needed refreshment. I had the lemon sour plum drink. Very good breakfast spread that can give international hotel chains a run for their money. The food was very delicious, even had tacos. The staff were so generous with the drinks provided in the room. Very helpful staff that made us feel at home.
