After a long haul I couldn’t wait to get to the hotel. When we arrived at reception they were so fast to greet us and get us into our room. The room was so clean, spacious and has literally everything you could need after a long flight. Side note I also love how advance china is with technology. Little things like electric curtains that open as you enter the room. Buttons to open and close curtains and nets. Smart toilet (bidet) little things were not used to coming from New Zealand. The room itself felt very clean, smelt fresh and was so comfortable. We had a 30 hour layover and the hotel were very accommodating when we wanted to check in earlier than normal. (Had to pay extra) but that was fine with us since we did arrive 6 hours before check in. Plus we also had a delay. So as we were about to check out the following day, we were made aware our flight had been delayed for 5 more hours. So we asked to hang onto the room for a couple more hours which they didnt hesitate. Really nice to just be able to relax and lay down and wait for your flight. Rather than in the airport on a hard chair somewhere. 10/10 stay couldn’t have been more happier with the stay tbh. Would definitely do it all over again if we were to ever end up back in china for a layover.

I like the staff in the hotel and Koi in the front desk is very helpful and cheerful. We will come back to this hotel

Everything was good, especially the lounge facility access And also Steven, he was very helpful and good interpretor

The room is spatious, very clean .At the club level the meals and snacks are excellent . The hotel staff is outstanding and courteous, especially the group that work at Langham club.
