Everything is perfect and exceeded my expectations, cleanliness, location, and staff behavior, they are smiling all the time and very helpful, once I leave the hotel, I immediately plan for the next stay. Excepcional! Staff was super friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They even helped me with ordering food to be delivered at the hotel!! I could wash my clothes for free here, which was so needed as I was already traveling for a full week. I would definetely be back when in Shanghai!
