My family had a wonderful 8-day stay at Huaqiang Plaza hotel , the rooms were clean , cozy and perfect for our family, and their staffs were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect. A big thank to one of their staff Daphne Du , she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and our housekeeper Xiaoyu 小玉(staff no: 4280) , she was very friendly and did a great job. If I return to Shenzhen, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The accommodation features a concierge service, and luggage storage for guests. Very clean and well located right next to Sun Plaza Department Store and the famous Dongmen Pedestrian street. Staff were incredibly polite, accommodating and always greeted with a smile. There is some construction work downstairs and in the area, but it's during controlled times and there is a notice to all guests about the noise, but honestly, we barely heard anything! Will highly recommend and also easily accessible to transport and taxis. A bonus is that there's a gym on the 9th floor for all guests to use.
