We used free public parking about 15 min by walk from accomodation that was already out of city center and marked as public free parking. All was great. In studio was everything with qr code eith manual how to use things like coffee machine etc really user friendly. Also nice is coffee wending machine at ground floor and smoking area outside. There is elevator big enough for child trolley. Great value for the price.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

We were allowed to smoke in one balcony.The view from the balconies was amazing. Every morning The host brought us a breakfast basket. It was a nice gesture with orange juice, eggs, warm bagels, jam, coffee, tea, cheese, pork, tomatoes and cucumbers. On the fourth floor there is s washing machine and some detergent so you can wash your clothes if needed. There is minimarket just at the ground floor. The prices at the market are affordable. The big superstores are about 1.5 km away. You can borrow umbrella from Madonna apt.

Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

Hotel Ontario has a camera-guarded private car park right next to the hotel building. The room was the size of a small apartment and beautiful decorated. It had a lovely view and was super clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable.
