This family-run villa lies in the heart of Potsdam, a 12-minute walk from the city centre and the Dutch Quarter. The location is great, 5 min by tram to the city center, 15 minutes by foot to the lake, where one can swim. The room looks very cool. The staff is very friendly. The kitchen has everything you need (no oven) and there was even some salt, pepper and a little bit of coffee. The bed upstairs is huge and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi is good, but just upstairs.

The Hotel zum Hofmaler is situated in the Dutch quarter at the heart of the historical town of Potsdam, where history is alive. It is a fantastic, intimate hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The building is beautiful, situated in a picturesque and quiet Dutch quarter of Potsdam. It was beyond my imagination how nice, efficient, and courteous the staff was. I had a great room with a cozy living room and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. In a nutshell: a pleasure. I will recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. It was an unforgettable experience.
