One instance that truly stood out was when my son forgot his favorite toy in our room after we had already left the hotel and even the country. The staff not only found the toy but also shipped it back to us in Poland. Seeing my son's joy when he was reunited with his beloved toy was priceless. This level of care and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dresden!

The studio apartment was fantastic, small but adjustable to make either the kitchen or bedroom areas bigger/smaller as you like! Really great bathroom/hot shower, everything was very comfortable. The lounge and kitchen facilities, and courtyard areas in the communal downstairs area are very comfortable and well equipped as well as- I spent several hours just relaxing and reading my book in that space.

The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, giving us tips for what to do and where to go and even for restaurants in the area as we were there during Christmas and the selection was very limited. We were also kept up to date about the weather and various other conditions in the general area. The breakfast was amazing, including the selection of the family's homemade jams. There were so many that we couldn't try them all! Fresh bread, loads of cold cuts and eggs, a huge variety of cereals, and fresh fruit.
