This comfortable and modern hotel is located in the historic centre of wine-producing Tomelloso in Castile–La Mancha. Set next to the Plaza de España Square, it offers free Wi-Fi.

The property has private parking for an extra cost and the towns of Alcazar de San Juan and Campo de Criptana, with their pretty windmills, are a 30-minute drive away. Ciudad Real is 80 km away. The room was extremely comfortable, the breakfast excellent and the location could not have been better.

Hotel Central can be found just off Calle Seis de Junio, Valdepeñas’s main street. Valdepeñas in Castile La Mancha is well known for its wine, history and culture. The hotel has its own secure parking. This was my second stay at this hotel and it continues to be my favorite in Valdepenas. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make the guests happy. At first we had rooms with interior views but when we requested rooms with exterior views we were quickly given new keys. The rooms are a great value with updated bathrooms. This isn't a 4* hotel but it you're looking for a great 3* hotel with excellent service, a great location and clean rooms this is a perfect choice. Note - if you have heavy luggage you'll need to carry it up about 10 steps to the entry door that leads to the elevator. There is a ramp but it is so steep you can't make it up the stairs :)

Overall, it is a fantastic location to explore all the city's attractions.
