I was impressed that the hotel uses Clarins products in the rooms — the shampoo and conditioner were excellent. The water pressure was incredible, I’ve never experienced anything like it. I really enjoyed the shower, although some water leaked out under the walls, but that’s more of a problem for housekeeping. There was also a washing machine in the room.

The location is excellent close to everything you need, with very nice surroundings that make it a joy to walk around. The entire property is spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out in both the rooms and common areas. Breakfast was fairly standard, nothing extravagant but satisfying enough to start the day. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the reception desk. The service was outstanding, especially from Antonio (if I am not mistaken, the gentleman with the light beard and moustache). He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to assist with every detail. Overall, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, which added so much warmth to the experience.
