An absolutely excellent stay at Batimont. The staff were perfect and genuinely could not have been nicer. The bed was dreamy, the shower was fantastic, and the location is amazing for exploring the city on foot. Everything felt easy, calm, and well cared for from start to finish. I cannot wait to come back.

The location was amazing - really close to anything one could wish, including transportation such as buses or trains. The staff was friendly and very welcoming - Daniel shared some main destinations including some off the trail places in the city. Overall I loved it!

Complete with all the basic amenities for a very cosy stay during a very cold winter spell. Location is great, easy access to local attractions, old town as well as the viewpoint. Highly recommended and value for money. Will definitely return if visiting Bilbao again.

Great modern and very comfortable hotel, nice view to Guggenheim from the rooftop terrace, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. Very attentive and nice service, great staff. Location outside of the old town guarantees silence and good sleep quality

Excellent breakfast! Even when we arrived in the evening, exhausted after a long day on the Camino, the hostess helped us place an order from a Chinese restaurant, and there’s also the option to buy basic groceries for cooking if you have the energy. Just keep in mind that it’s about 2 km off the trail’s starting point, so plan your route accordingly. Highly recommended!
