The staff were perfect and genuinely could not have been nicer. The bed was dreamy, the shower was fantastic, and the location is amazing for exploring the city on foot. Everything felt easy, calm, and well cared for from start to finish. I cannot wait to come back.

I saw from the pictures that it was nice, but when we saw the room we remained speechless! It even had a tiny balcony with a small table and some flowers. The staff was super friendly and available. We will definitely go back.

Highly recommended and value for money. Will definitely return if visiting Bilbao again.

Even when we arrived in the evening, exhausted after a long day on the Camino, the hostess helped us place an order from a Chinese restaurant, and there’s also the option to buy basic groceries for cooking if you have the energy. Just keep in mind that it’s about 2 km off the trail’s starting point, so plan your route accordingly. Highly recommended!
