Sybille and her family have nicely restored this large manor house that their family owns. It is in a large private park that we would have enjoyed walking around if the weather had been better. The room that we had was beautifully updated with a very modern bathroom, including a large and efficient shower. Sybille’s attention to detail is seen in the sheets and the towels which are like what five star luxury hotels offer. The breakfast was very good, including with the freshly made crêpes, in a beautiful room and a very refined atmosphere. Sybille was very kind and helpful; she even ran after our car as we started to drive away in order to return my glasses that I had forgotten. We would definitely return.

It’s difficult to write a short review as to how wonderful this place is. It is more than just another b&b or hotel to stay in, it is a place with real heart and a home from home (a very luxurious home). The team went above and beyond to make our stay special, from a drink when we arrived to bespoke bath products. Our room and the whole place is outstanding in how it has been decorated and everything has been completed to a high standard. You can tell a lot of love has been poured into Clos du Cedre. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the location very quiet. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops within a few minutes and enjoy delightful Dinan. The homemade breakfast sets you up well for the day and is delicious. Fresh crepes, breads, croissants, cheese, fruit, eggs, coffee and tea. Attention to detail meant that by the second morning we were greeted with the things we liked. Thanks Xavier, Ann- Marie and Marion, we can’t wait to come back.

The neighborhood is quiet, residential and 10 min from the city center. It was easy to find a place to park our car. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the place and be back!
