This beautiful hotel is at the end of a VERY quiet alley-type street. Location was great, the room and bathroom was beautiful; everything was excellent but the customer service was more than excellent. Maude and Audrey were not only helpful and knowledgeable,but extremely lovely to talk to. They arranged for my room to get cleaned first so I could check in a tiny bit early which was so nice of them. I would one hundred percent stay at this place again.

The owners and staff really care about their guests, and the details of a great stay—from an extremely friendly check-in to a generous parting gift of cold water and a Madeleine. The design of the rooms is also very good. They're generous with amenities - there's a Nespresso machine, and the mini bar has free water and soft drinks. The pool and jacuzzi area is nice and peaceful, and the breakfast is very good. They also offer bicycles to hire at reasonable prices, so you can easily have a nice cycle through the beautiful residential green streets if you want to explore the area or head to the beach. It's a great place to stay, and I would love to come back.

Pascal and his team have made our trip to Le Thor one we will never forget. What a great host and absolutely the prime location if you want to experience the countryside of France. The rooms are huge and cozy, they feel like royalty rooms. The breakfast included was amazing: fruits, yogurt, bread, etc. Definitely worth it to pay extra for the spa - it just adds so much to the overall experience. Lastly, Pascal made sure we had the best stay - we didn’t have a car so he helped arrange for our cabs and restaurants. We feel very nostalgic looking back at our stay. If there is an accommodation that has set a high standard for us - it is Les Carmes. <3

Located in the Old Town of Sainte-Maxime, Hotel Royal Bon Repos features a terrace, a garden and a shared lounge area. This accommodation is 70 metres from the harbour, which has water shuttles to St. Tropez, and 150 metres from the beach. Beautifully decorated in a quiet location but right next to the coast road and all of the best restaurants. Breakfast in the garden was amazing served by the delightful Madame Christine.

This campsite is set on the river bank, located in the village of Castellane, within a 5-minute drive of the Verdon Gorge. Free WiFi is provided in public areas and the property has a table tennis table as well as a boules pitch.

The centre of Castellane is 2.3 km from the campsite and the city of Grasse is 65 km away. It is the starting point of the GR4 hiking path and there is a free, private parking available on site. At night it was quiet once the dinner had finished, but it had a great vibe as offered a group dinner, which looked lovely. The location was great, only a 5 minute car ride into town, stunning location, and the pod we stayed in was so cute and cosy. Absolutely loved it here! And allow dogs..

Private parking is also accessible on site for an extra charge and Nice Cote d’Azur Airport is 25 km away. Cannes Train Station is 400 metres away. Everything was great from top to bottom - Value was great for the size of the room, i was alone but easily spacious enough for a couple/family. Breakfast was 7-11am which is perfect if you are an early riser or want to sleep in, and had good selection. Very near to the city center (<5 mins walking), especially if you're taking the train for day trips along the south coast like i did.
