We loved staying in the mount edgcumbe. The room was kind of small though well equipped and had a lovely look and feel. Staff was professional and very kind. As my suitcase was quite heavy the owner helped me carrying this at the stairs to our room. Breakfast was included and was very sufficient.

The location is beautiful and the castle is amazing.

Just a 5-minute walk from the Canterbury Tales attraction, the Cathedral Lodge is only 700 metres from Canterbury West Railway Station. Parking vouchers for the public car park outside the grounds can be purchased from reception on arrival. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms very quiet, comfortable and warm. Brilliant communication and customer service. So close to the Cathedral

Sandown Castle is 15 km from the homestay and Sandwich Railway Station is 20 km away. The house is absolutely stunning, as are the rooms, crafted with meticulous attention to detail and love in every bit of decoration. James and Ben are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home, even welcoming us at our late check-in time. Would 100% come back for another stay.
