Ms. Maria, the owner, was especially kind and helpful. We had booked a room with a garden view but were upgraded to one with a sea view. The breakfast included a variety of dishes, most of them prepared by Ms. Maria herself.

Views: Breathtaking. Panoramic views of Batsi Bay, unfiltered sea light bouncing off the white walls, and complete silence apart from the breeze. Waking up to that landscape from bed was pure therapy. Design & Architecture: Arguably one of the best-designed boutique hotels we’ve seen in Greece. Raw stone, polished cement, clean lines, and natural materials, the aesthetic hits that sweet spot between minimalism and warmth. Feels like something out of an Architectural Digest feature, without being pretentious. Final verdict: Iliades isn’t just a boutique, it’s an experience in itself. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning, with plenty of options to enjoy. What made it even more special was the warm atmosphere – every day we were welcomed with smiles and positive energy, which made us feel right at home. I would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Andros!

We are on a 3 month trip and we were looking for a break from constantly travelling and the Edem Suites was absolutely perfect for us. Traveling as a couple we opted for a little more space and had a huge balcony. Dimitris is the perfect host, we were impressed that he contacted us the day before to say our room would be ready early if we wanted to check in early, this was ideal as we had taken an early ferry from Athens. He also helped us with arranging car hire, he is endlessly cheerful and always on hand to offer advice. The bus from the ferry stops nearby and is a 5 minute walk. We travelled the island and feel that Chora is the perfect place to stay and Edem Suites is ideal accommodation. Thanks for a great stay.

The place was extremely clean and kept that way daylily. Walking distance to downtown with excellent variety of restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Many nearby beach spots. The price was very good for the location. I enjoyed the view from the balcony. The staff was SUPER , friendly and accommodating. 😊👏
