I give it a 100 rating, and very, recommend it to anyone in the world who wants to escape their daily routine and feel like royalty. Go to CASA CARIBE HOTEL. We are thinking about returning. Staff was fantastic, especially Ronaldo. He was able to speak English and helped me arrange a boat tour as well as a shuttle to my next destination.

Cannot fault a thing. The lodge is beautiful. The service outstanding. The price is right for the area and location. We experienced the worst storm they had in 12 years. Rain, wind leaves and branches flying everywhere at the start of dinner service. The staff did a great job at keeping calm and functioning under pressure. They even cleaned in no time no had dinner served for everyone after the worst was over, I was more then impressed as this was going above and beyond

It has two big pools, one for kids and the other for adults. The restaurant has a nice view of the lake and it has great food and a variety of options for everyone. The room is clean and comfortable with air conditioning.

We booked this hotel as we were driving to our destination. I called and asked if they would let us check in at midnight and they were happy to have us. When we arrived, they greeted us, showed us to our room, and said we could deal with the paperwork in the morning. When we woke up in the morning, I was astounded by their beautiful location, tranquility around the river, and excellent restaurant. The paperwork was fast and we had a delicious meal before continuing on our journey.I wish we had more time to enjoy their pool and riverfront views.
